Sharing our Progress: Public Deliverables
On this page, we show you all public deliverable reports of the MARKOPOLO consortium. To read the full report, simply click on the title of the deliverable.
Public Deliverables
- D1.3 Ethical approval of 2nd set of mouse studiesThis report summarizes the ethical approval for mouse studies included in the work programme of MARKOPOLO.
- D4.9 Report on UFP measurements and relevant predictors (SEP)The report summarizes progress in assessing individual exposure to ultrafine particles (UFP) and other air pollutants through extensive monitoring campaigns, historical data compilation, and the development of high-resolution exposure models.
- D7.4 Manuscript detailing novel kinetic model developmentsThis study develops the KM-OP chemical kinetics model to quantify the oxidative potential of particulate matter and its effects on ROS production and antioxidant depletion. The model successfully reproduces laboratory and European field measurements and identifies secondary organic aerosol (SOA) as the main contributor to antioxidant-based oxidative potential, while Cu primarily drives H₂O₂ production.
- D11.1 Harmonized data setThe deliverable 11.1 focuses on the collection and integration of existing data provided by various partners of the consortium in the context of particulate matter and noise exposure in murine models. Additionally, the document provides a list of biomarkers drawn from literature.
- D17.2 Publication of Project WebsiteThis document provides a comprehensive overview of the fully developed, GDPR-conform MARKOPOLO project website.
- D17.3 Collaboration planThis document outlines the progress of cross-project working groups and other collaborative efforts within the MARKOPOLO project. It provides an overview of key activities from joint initiatives implemented during the first 12 months of the project. The report also highlights planned next steps to strengthen synergies and ensure continued alignment with the project’s strategic objectives.
- D21.2 Cluster web portal and visual identityDeliverable 21.2 covers the development of a unified visual identity and web portal for the ExpoHealthNet cluster, bringing together seven projects on environmental stressors and noncommunicable diseases.
- D21.3 Cluster brochureThe Cluster Brochure includes a summary of the ExpoHealthNet Cluster, its purpose and expected outcomes, as well as an overview of each project within the Cluster, with links to their respective websites.
- D21.8 Cluster newsletter 1Deliverable D21.8 reports on the development and preparation of the first ExpoHealthNet (EHN) Cluster newsletter, designed as a joint communication and dissemination tool to support the visibility, outreach, and stakeholder engagement activities of the ExpoHealthNet Cluster. The newsletter brings together contributions from the seven Horizon Europe projects addressing the impact of environmental stressors on non-communicable diseases and provides coordinated updates on scientific progress, policy activities, publications, events, and cluster synergies.
- D21.9 Cluster joint policy brief 1The policy brief highlights the growing evidence on the health impacts of ultrafine particles (UFPs) and calls for their consideration in the ongoing review of EU air quality standards. It presents four legally grounded policy options and emphasizes the importance of establishing robust UFP monitoring and modelling before the EU’s 2030 review of air quality legislation.
