ExpoHealthNet Cluster
A collaborative cluster on the role of environmental pollution in non-communicable diseases: air, noise and light and hazardous waste pollution.
To maximise synergies, prevent overlaps and enhance impact, seven projects funded under the Horizon Europe call HORIZON-HLTH-2024-ENVHLTH-02-06 – “The Role of Environmental Pollution in Non-Communicable Diseases: Air, Noise, Light, and Hazardous Waste Pollution” – form a collaborative cluster. The ExpoHealthNet cluster unites seven cutting-edge research projects set to investigate how environmental stressors contribute to non-communicable diseases (NCDs) such as respiratory, cardiovascular, and immune-mediated conditions. By fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange, ExpoHealthNet aims to drive impactful research on the health risks of air pollution, noise, hazardous waste, and climate change.
